In this three-day workshop, The Seeley Group will provide a targeted approach to enhancing personal leadership and team development. This workshop is a high energy interactive experience and will create an environment for your leadership team to increase their self understanding and authentically and effectively connect with each other and those they lead.
To move your team forward, the following key concepts will be explored and experienced in the three-day session:
- Understanding what is required to quickly (re)establish and maintain Trust among team members.
- How personal and group openness, personal accountability and responsibility are directly linked to leadership and team productivity
- Increase understanding of individual and team behaviour using The Human Element® Behaviour Preferences Model
- Understand the feelings that drive the behaviours and recognizing personal defenses that may be blocking individual and team success.
- Practice using interest based negotiation as a conflict management and decision making process that results in win/win solutions that carry clear commitments and compliance agreements to ensure follow through.
Team members will be able to build upon the experience as they return to their day to day work environment. Participants will leave the session having experienced, first hand, how to give and receive feedback from team members and have an increased level of self understanding that will have immediate impact in how they interact with one another and how to improve relationship compatibility.
